Well now you can. Introducing New Players News Alerts. With New Players News Alerts, you will receive up-to-date information about productions, auditions, club events, and more, as it comes up to hand.


Two versions of News Alerts are available. The Standard Edition contains the full News Alerts service, while the Lite Edition only provides information about upcoming productions.


Whichever version you wish to subscribe to, you can do so here (phplist/lists/?p=subscribe id=1).

They&amp;#39;re here! Archives of New Players News, New Players&amp;#39; newsletter, are now available online in PDF format. The archive contains newsletters from August 2007 this year onwards and will be added to as new issues come out.


The latest issue of New Players News is only available in print form. This is to enable members to receive the newsletter before it is issued out to the wider audience. We hope that, in the future, members will also be able to view the latest newsletter online if desired.

The 2008 Festival of Community Theatre National Final will be held on 27   28 June 2008 at Hutt Little Theatre, Lower Hutt (corner of Queens Drive and Woburn Road, Lower Hutt).

During Saturday afternoon there will also be three different Demonstration Lectures in the Horticultural Hall supper room.

1:30pm &amp;ndash; They vocalise&amp;hellip;. The Extended Voice with Bert van Dijk
2:30pm &amp;ndash; They dance&amp;hellip;. with Jennifer Shennan
3:30pm - They fight&amp;hellip;. with Allan Henry

These lectures will be highly informative, exciting to watch and relevant to anyone interested in theatre and stagecraft.    Bert van Dijk will present a different perspective of using the voice on stage, Jennifer Shennan will demonstrate period movement and dance while Allan Henry will show how to effectively slap, hit, punch, fall and be thrown on stage.
